BIOGRAPHY AND HISTORY : Dell-Maree Day, Dip P.E. - Method One Pty Ltd.

Dell-Maree taught Physical Education in Queensland schools before becoming one
of Australia's first aerobics teachers in 1980. Between 1988 and 1993 she studied
and taught the Pilates Method in London and had a studio at No.1 Cadogan Gardens.

In 1993 she was invited to open a Pilates Centre in the North Sydney Orthopeadic
and Sports Medicine Centre, Sydney, which became the first of its kind in Australia.
There Dell-Maree specialized in teaching exercise as therapy. As demand for
her unique style of teaching grew, she opened her own Pilates Centre at
Mosman and ran it successfully until early 2004.

After more than 10 years of dedicated work with rehab clients, elite athletes, young
and old, Dell-Maree has developed her Method One Framework for Success™
teaching program to assist a larger number of people, including corporate and
healthcare bodies, to benefit from her knowledge, skills and experience.

In 2005 Dell-Maree launched her SUCCESS AT YOUR DESK program
and The 5 Minute Workout™ to fast track education of her unique anti-gravity
program designed to achieve the best possible results for reshaping any body
of any age at anytime - SITTING, STANDING AND MOVING about.

She has also developed a series of DVD's and e-information programs.
