STUDY 1: Computer Operator suffers
from lower back, neck and shoulder pain.
• Prolonged sitting and use of computer up to 8 hours
per day.
• Poor posture.

ASSESSMENT:

1. High level of stress in the musclo skeletal system due to
'hunch back and turtle neck' posture.

JUSTIFICATION
The postural
muscles such as: Tranversus Abdominus; Gluteus Medius and Latissimus
Dorsi, are vital to unloading and decompressing the spine and
supporting the skeletal to establish and maintain healthy posture

These muscles are directly responsible for sitting, standing
and moving right, and are best accessed and trained insitu.
As optimal muscle recruitment patterns are established maximal
function and flexibility of muscles is restored and this is
